Who can enter?	Only Australian residents who: are aged 18 or over; and are a current member of the ROYAL CANIN® Breeders Club program and have a valid phone number and email address associated with their account. Membership of ROYAL CANIN® Breeders Club Program (and, consequently, participation in this promotion) is subject to the terms and conditions which apply to the ROYAL CANIN® Breeders Club Program available at https://www.promos.royalcanin.com.au/breeders/register as amended from time to time.
Who can't enter?	Australian residents who are not members of the Breeders Club on the ROYAL Canin Breeders Club Web Shop.

Qualifying requirements	To take part in this promotion, you must during the Promotional Period: Be a member of the Breeder Club; and Purchase an Eligible Product from the Webshop. Eligible Products include the following Puppy Starter Dry Bags: 30676 Mini Starter 15kg, 25366 Medium Starter 16kg and 30686 Maxi Starter 18kg. All other puppy/adult diets are excluded.
What is the Gift with Purchase?	Puppy Feeder (SKU Code: RAIPF37, one size feeding bowl). You will receive 1 Puppy Feeder (while stocks last) for every Eligible Product purchased in accordance with the qualifying requirements.
How many times can I enter?	You can take part in this promotion any time between the promotional dates & fulfil the qualifying requirements (While stocks last)
Gift with Purchase Value	The value of each Puppy Feeder is AUD$32.00.
How to claim this Gift?	There is no need to claim the gift as the Puppy Feeder will be automatically added to your shopping cart online.
Collection and use of your personal information	When an entrant becomes a Royal Canin breeders club member, the Personal Information provided by the entrant will be entered into a database and used by Royal Canin, Royal Canin related entities and agencies engaged by Royal Canin, for Royal Canin's current and future promotional and marketing purposes. Your entry must be received during the Promotional Period and will be deemed to be received only when received by the Promoter. If you return a ROYAL CANIN® product your credit may be deemed invalid at the Promoter's discretion (unless the product is defective). The Promoter is not liable for any problems with communications networks. Gifts
Gift and all elements of gift must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. Gift/s are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter, including validity periods.
The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share the gift. General
Any failure by you to comply with the conditions imposed by the gift supplier(s) may result in the prize being cancelled or withdrawn without liability for the Promoter or the gift supplier(s).
If you or your entry are deemed by the Promoter to breach these Terms and Conditions, your entry may be discarded. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish to the Promoter's satisfaction the validity of your entry (including documentation establishing your identity, age, place of residence and place of employment). Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.

You must not:
1. tamper with the entry process;
2. engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion;
3. act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
4. do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its related entities or of the agencies or companies associated with this promotion;
5. breach any law; or
6. behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate.
The Promoter is not liable for entries, prize claims or correspondence that are misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted.
If any dispute arises between you and the Promoter concerning the conduct of this promotion or claiming a prize, the Promoter will take reasonable steps to consider your point of view, taking into account any facts or evidence you put forward, and to respond to it fairly within a reasonable time. In all other respects, the Promoter's decision in connection with all aspects of this competition is final.
Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all gifts (and elements of gifts) must be taken as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement. The gift values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in gift value. You agree that if the gift (or element of a gift, including cancellation or disruption of the Event) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the relevant gaming authorities. Where it is reasonably practical for it to do so, the Promoter will notify you of such changes.
By entering, you request that your full address not be published, but consent to the region of your address being published for the purpose of awarding the prize and conducting the promotion.
If this promotion cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel the competition or disqualify affected entries/entrants, subject to any necessary approval by the relevant gaming authorities.

Breeders Club Terms & Conditions

Enrolment requirements

Minimum of two dogs, one of which must be a breeding female or
Minimum of two breeding cats
Dog Breeders: Hold current or financial membership with an approved breeding registry organisation
Cat Breeders: Hold a current or financial membership with an existing, recognised national governing body which is a member of the World Cat Congress
Abide by Mars Animal Welfare Policy
Abide by kennel/cattery and breeding standards as defined by your governing body, and in accordance with any state, federal, council or country laws, especially in relation to animal welfare
Exclusively feed and actively recommend Royal Canin^®
Distribute ROYAL CANIN® Puppy or Kitten Recommendation Packs to each new pet owner to ensure each new pet owner receives a diet recommendation & feeding instructions from their breeder, accompanied by a ROYAL CANIN® Recommendation Pack

Breeders Club Terms & Conditions

Royal Canin reserve the right to decline, suspend or terminate membership at any time.
Your Membership number and webshop ordering are for your own private use only and log in details for your account are not to be passed on to others, bags must not be resold to any third party. The alternate delivery address option on the webshop is only to be used to supply products in circumstances where you still hold ownership or co-ownership of that animal with the registry body and are providing food for that animal. Proof of ownership or co-ownership may be requested by Royal Canin.

Puppy & Kitten Packs

Puppy and Kitten packs are available for litters raised on ROYAL CANIN® food ordered from the ROYAL CANIN® Breeders Club Webshop.
If the Breeder has not ordered puppy or kitten food from the ROYAL CANIN® Breeders Club Webshop in the past 6 months packs may be removed from an order.
Packs will only be sent out with a paid order.
A maximum of 12 packs can be claimed per litter and a maximum of 3 litters can be registered per order.
Any litter registration details provided must be genuine and the amount of puppy or kittens in a litter must be correct.
If litter details entered are found to be incorrect we reserve the right to terminate your Breeders Club Membership.

Breeder Referral Programme

Breeder Referral Programme is open to Members of the Royal Canin Breeders Club.
Promotion is not open to Royal Canin® Ambassadors
Referred Breeders must sign up via https://www.promos.royalcanin.com.au/breeders/register and meet the membership requirements of the Royal Canin Breeders Club to have their account activated.
The referred breeder must select the ‘Recommended by another Breeder’ under the ‘Where did you hear about Royal Canin’ on the signup form and clearly state the referring breeders name in the ‘Breeder Name’ box.
The referred Breeder must place an order at the Webshop within 3 months of signing up for the referring breeder to receive their 20 points referral reward.
Earn 20 Bonus Points when you recommend ROYAL CANIN® to 5 new qualifying breeders
Breeder Referral Programme is valid from 1^st May 2020 until further notice, Royal Canin reserves the right to end this promotion at any time.
Any points earnt as part of this programme will be added to the referring breeder's Breeder Rewards account at the start of the following month.

Webshop Volume Discount

Only available to Royal Canin Breeders Club members at the Webshop.
Webshop Volume Discount is ongoing and Royal Canin reserves the right to terminate at any time.
Volume Discount is subject to product availability.
Volume discount is calculated on all available items at the Webshop, excluding Puppy or Kitten Packs.
Volume discount is available in conjunction with other promotional discounts.
Where applicable the volume discount is calculated on the item price after a promotional discount has been applied.
Items weight must meet minimum levels prior to the cart being recalculated, additional weight for freight/packaging does not count towards the volume discount weight.

Royal Canin Academy

Access to Royal Canin Academy is available to Royal Canin Breeders Club Members who have made a purchase at the Royal Canin Webshop in the previous 6 month period.
Access is updated at the beginning for each calender month.
Breeder Rewards Points are added as per the Breeders Rewards Terms & Conditions.
