Puppy Kitten Pack – Free Bag Promotion

1. This offer ("Offer") is made by Royal Canin Australia Pty Ltd, ABN 88 092 020 178, of 727 Collins Street, Docklands, VIC, 3008, Australia. ("Promoter").
2. Offer available only to "Eligible Claimants". An "Eligible Claimant" is an individual who:
   
   
   1. is a resident of Australia aged 18 years, or older;
   2. has received a Puppy or Kitten Pack from their pet's Breeder with a unique code;
   3. is a member of the Royal Canin Healthy Pets Club (or registers as a member of the Royal Canin Healthy Pets Club at the time of claiming the Offer); and
   4. is not a member of the Australian or New Zealand Royal Canin Breeders Club
3. Claiming the Offer constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
4. To claim the Offer an Eligible Claimant must use a compatible browser to visit https://www.promos.royalcanin.com.au/mypuppy or https://www.promos.royalcanin.com.au/mykitten and follow the directions there to provide the requested details, including the claimant's valid email and postal address.
5. The Offer is one free bag of Royal Canin Junior, Puppy, Babycat, Kitten or Growth product (min. weight 1.5kg, max weight 4kg) (Free Bag). The Free Bag type will be automatically allocated based on the pet's details entered at the time of registration and may not be changed after registration. An Eligible Claimant whose claim is accepted will be sent an email that confirms the acceptance of their claim and postage/tracking details.
6. The Prompter may amend these published terms and conditions and/or revoke the Offer at any time without notice. If these terms and conditions are amended, they will come into effect on the date they are published.
   Redemption
7. The Free Bag may only be redeemed at https://www.promos.royalcanin.com.au/mypuppy or https://www.promos.royalcanin.com.au/mykitten
8. Limit of one (1) Free Bag to each Eligible Claimant per unique code/pet. Each Offer is not transferable and cannot be redeemed: (i) more than once; or (ii) for cash.
9. Limit of two (2) Free Bags (and unique codes) per household in a 24 month period.
10. On redemption of the Free Bag offer, each Eligible Claimant will automatically receive a 30% off voucher to their email address ("Voucher 1").
11. Voucher 1 is valid for 30% off one full priced ROYAL CANIN® product in the Kitten, Puppy, or Junior range up to $120 off. Discount will be applied to the eligible product with the lowest value. Valid at Pet Circle, Budget Pet Products and Petbarn, in store and online. Included products are as follows (all bag sizes):

12. Voucher 1 is not valid with any other offer, and may not be exchanged for cash. Limited to one voucher per customer per household. Voucher is valid for 4 months from date of issue. Not valid at shows or exhibitions. Valid in Australia only.
13. If Voucher 1 is redeemed through either Budget Pet Products or Pet Circle, the Eligible Claimant will receive an additional 30% off voucher for their next Royal Canin purchase at the store via email ("Voucher 2"). If Voucher 1 is redeemed at Petbarn, you will not be eligible to receive Voucher 2.
14. Voucher 2 can be claimed by following the instructions provided by the retailers.Voucher 2 is valid for 30% off one full priced ROYAL CANIN® product in the Kitten, Puppy, or Junior range up to $120 off. 15. Voucher 2 is not valid with any other offer, and may not be exchanged for cash. Limited to one voucher per customer per household. Voucher is valid for 4 months from date of issue. Not valid at shows or exhibitions. Valid in Australia only.
16. Voucher 2 is subject to any conditions imposed by the relevant retailer. Please refer to retailers Pet Circle and Budget Pet Products, for any further conditions and instructions for redemption. Retailer sites may require you to be logged in to your online account to redeem the discount.
17. Voucher 2 can only be provided to any Eligible Claimant if the Eligible Claimant is subscribed to receive marketing communications from selected retailer. If an Eligible Claimant unsubscribes from retailer communications, the retailer is not able to provide Voucher 2.
    Delivery of goods to you
18. The Promoter will deliver the Free Bag to the postal address provided at the time of sign up.
19. The Promoter will only deliver to physical addresses in Australia. A tracking number will be provided via email.
20. All deliveries are made Signature not required (Authority to Leave) – if the claimant is not available at the time of delivery the goods will be left at the delivery address at the claimant's risk. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promoter will not be responsible for any goods left at the claimant's designated delivery address.
    Privacy
21. The Promoter (Royal Canin, we, us or our) collects your personal information via this entry form when you submit your claim for the Offer. We collect this personal information for the purposes of you claiming the Offer (which may include providing your personal information to service providers for fulfilment of the Offer), and to send you marketing communications about our brands, products and/or services in the future, including as part of the Royal Canin Healthy Pets Club. We may also use the personal information you give us for consumer care and research purposes, and for other purposes, as described in our privacy policy.
22. If we do not collect the personal information you have provided in the entry form, you will not be able to claim the Free Bag or Vouchers and may not be able to receive communications about our brands, products and services which may be of interest to you. We may disclose your personal information to our family of companies and to our vendors or service providers, who may also contact you directly for the purposes of fulfilling the Offer, including to verify delivery details and provide you with delivery tracking information. These companies may be based overseas, including in France or Singapore.

    General
25. You are responsible for your own costs associated with participating in this offer.
26. If you participate using multiple email addresses, phone numbers or names, you may be disqualified.
27. The Promoter may, at any time, require you to produce documentation to establish The Promoter's satisfaction your eligibility to participate in this offer (for example, documentation establishing your identity, age and place of residence).
28. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.
29. The Promoter may exclude or suspend you from this Offer or from receiving benefits under this Offer if you:
    
    
    1. breach these Terms and Conditions;
    2. engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Offer;
    3. act in a disruptive, annoying, threatening, abusive or harassing manner;
    4. do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or any of its brands, products, related entities or contractors;
    5. breach any law in connection with this Offer; or
    6. behave in a way that is otherwise inappropriate in the opinion of the Promoter.
30. The Promoter is not liable if this offer cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, for example due to software, hardware or communications issues, unauthorised intervention, tampering, fraud or technical failure. Where it is reasonably practical for it to do so, the Promoter will notify you of any such delay or failure.
31. The Promoter is not responsible for any tax implications arising from you participating in this offer. You should seek independent financial advice. If for GST purposes this offer results in any supply being made for non-monetary consideration, you must follow the Australian Taxation Office's stated view that where the parties are at arm's length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.

The ROYAL CANIN® Healthy Pets Club ("the Club") offers registered pet owners access to the latest information and advice about pet health, nutrition and our latest promotions and events. Pet owners will be issued an account where they can maintain their pet details. By registering you are accepting the terms and conditions set out below as well as our Privacy & Copyright terms.

1. The Club is a membership program accessible to cat and dog owners that meet the eligibility requirements set out in clause 2. To register to the Club you must join here. Membership will only be activated upon confirming via email validation.
2. As per our standard terms and conditions Club membership is only open to:
   
   
   • 1. Persons aged 18 and over; and
   • 2. Residents of Australia,
   on a one account per person basis.
3. Royal Canin reserves the right to refuse Club membership at its sole discretion.

6. Membership of the Club is non-transferable and must only to be used by the registered Club member.
7. Club members wishing to close their Club membership may do so by deregistering their account via the Club account login or by contacting Royal Canin via email at: [email protected] with the subject line: "De-register my ROYAL CANIN® Healthy Pets Club Account".
8. Abuse or misuse will not be tolerated and Royal Canin reserves the right to remove, recall, decline, withdraw or suspend any Club membership for any reason, at any time, and at its discretion.

We collect and use this personal information to send you marketing communications about our brands, products and/or services. We may also use the personal information you give us for any other purpose of the Club, including to provide prizes, for consumer care and research purposes, and for other purposes, including as described in our privacy policy. By registering for the Club, you consent to our collection and use of your personal information in this manner.
10. We may disclose your personal information to our related bodies corporate, to our vendors or service providers, or to other third parties for the purposes of the Club. These companies may be based overseas, including in France. We require these companies to comply with the Australian privacy laws that apply to your personal information.
